In dissertation we used the theoretical-methodological aspects of problem of forming of readiness of future teacher of physics are explored to the use of educational technologies in professional activity. On the basis of analysis of existent conceptions and approaches to the problem of forming of such readiness certainly its place and role in using of educational technologies in the system of professionally-pedagogical preparation students of physics and mathematics faculties of universities, its maintenance structure and functions. The theoretical model was explaining of forming of readiness of future teacher of physics is developed to the use of educational technologies, criteria and levels of the noted readiness. It is considered and implemented in practice of work of physics and mathematics faculty of university substantive provisions of experimental method of forming of readiness of students to the use of educational technologies. Essence and maintenance of questionnaires, tests, creative works diagnostic tasks is exposed, the level of implementation of which became the index of dynamics of development of readiness of students to the use of educational technologies in future professional activity. It is developed and inculcated in the educational process of university a course "Educational technologies: physics" for the students of specialty "Pedagogics and method of secondary education. Physics", program of technologically is in the pedagogical practice, electronic textbook of course "Educational technologies: Physics" methodical recommendations for teachers and students, it is approved methods of leadthrough of practical conferences with bringing in of teachers of physics, development of professional brief-case of teacher of physics, writing of his professional portrait.
