Essay

The scientific approaches to determination of the essence of distribution in marketing concept are considered and generalized in the thesis. The functions and elements of distribution system are defined, typical features of distribution by the enterprises of light industry at the domestic market of Ukraine are defined. Also there were investigated criteria of the choice of producer by the members of distribution channels in the light industry. There have been developed the methods of forming a distribution system of enterprise, have been given recommendations for the distribution channel design process and have been offered mechanism of analysis of the improvement of distribution system by means of balanced complex of indices.
