The thesis theoretically justifies the role of the system of postgraduate teachers' training in development and enrichment teacher's creative potential. The structural peculiarities of this process, functions and organization have been determined; some estimation criteria of training level of the pedagogical workers to creative professional activity have been singled out. There have been created and theoretically substantiated the dynamic model of development of teacher's creative potential in the system.
