Melnik S. Development of the competitive environment in the markets of housing-and-municipal services of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations of development of the competitive environment in the markets of housing-and-municipal services in Ukraine. Scientific-theoretical aspects of development of the markets of housing-and-municipal services are considered in the dissertation, the author's designation of an economic category " housing-and-municipal services" is offered. It is designated a subjective component and improved classification characteristic of the markets of housing-and-municipal services, it is specified the features of development monopolization and competitive markets. The technique of a quantitative estimation of a condition of the competitive environment in the markets of housing-and-municipal services is offered that covers factors of development of the competitive environment. Directions of development of the competitive environment in the markets of housing-and-municipal services in a cut of transformation of the enterprises of housing and communal services in the monopolized and competitive markets, introductions of stimulating tariff regulation and mobilization of investment resources are certain.
