Essay

The values of pupillomethric indices, characterizing shifts in sympatovagal balance of vegetative regulation were detected for the first time. The obtained results were compared with the indices of electric activity of the brain, hemody-namic changes in the orthostatic test, severity of the syndrome of vegetative dysfunction, data of the psychometric test. There were determined pupillographic indices that are the most acceptable for estimation of individual feature of vegetative regulation from patients with asthenovegetative syndrom. The pupillomethry as the main method of investigation was used. Pupillomethric parameters were registered with the computer pupillograph that allow receiving the quantitative characteristics of the pupil's size at the reaction to light and in the dark. For the estimation of visual analyser and more precise definition of ophthalmologic diagnosis all the persons was carried out traditional ophthalmologic exam by generally accepted methods. The estimation of vegetative indices was realized with the help of the orthostatic test and the following calculation of the Kerdo's vegetocardial indexThe electric activity of the brain has been investigated by the method of electroencephalography. The main disorders of functional state of the vegetative nervous system in patients with asthenovegetative syndrome on the base of quantitative parameters'of pupilomethry were investigated in the thesis.
