The dissertation deals with the problems of the common compatible property law. The notion of the common compatible property law and its place in the system of property law of Ukraine is given. The characteristic of the subjects, the objects, and the content of the common compatible property law and the basis of its origin are done. The classification of the subjects of the common compatible property law is proposed. The problems of exercising of the common compatible property law by its subjects are given. The problems of the common compatible property law protection are shown. The number of proposals concerning the improvement of the law that regulates relationships between the subjects is implemented.
