Yatsenko O. The Eurointegration vector of the agrarian sector development

Object of research - process of the state support of agricultural marketing co-operatives. Research object - the process of developing foreign economic activity of the region's agrarian enterprises with the EU member-countries and other countries of the world. Aim of research - theoretical-and-methodological substantiation of the directions of adapting the domestic agrarian sector to the EU common agrarian policy requirements and working out practical recommendations for ensuring the rise in the efficiency of foreign economic activities of the Zhytomyr region's agrarian enterprises in the context of Eurointegration processes. Research methods - scientific-and-abstract, historical, statistical-and-economic, calculation-and-constructive, economico-and-mathematical, graphic as well as those of sociological interviews, expert judgment, analysis and synthesis, etc. Theoretical and practical results - the scientific results obtained as well as the conclusions and recommendations stated in the thesis may be used for raising the efficiency of foreign economic activity of the agrarian sector enterprises in the context of Eurointegration processes and the direction of adapting the domestic farming to the requirements and standards of the EU common agrarian policy. Scientific novelty - the thesis for the first time substantiation the strategy of foreign economic activity of the region's agrarian sector enterprises in the context of Ukraine's prospects for integration into the global economic space, including the entry to the European Union; it also specific the agrarian aspect of such concept as "international economic integration", trends of and prospects for developing foreign economic relations of the region's agrarian enterprises with foreign partners in the agrarian sector as well as historical, economic and social preconditions for Ukraine's foreign economic relations with European countries in the agrarian sector; the paper further develops the methods of approach to determining the efficiency of foreign economic activity of the agrarian sector enterprises, substantiates possible economic results for the region's agrarian sector on conditions of Ukraine's entry to the European Union and suggests some recommendations concerning the optimization of the commodity classification of export and import of the region's agrarian enterprises and the ways for ensuring its stability. Degree of introduction - the research results have been used in the practical activities of the Central Board of Agroindustrial Development and the Central Economic Board of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration as well as in the education process at the State Agroecological University. Efficiency - the research results substantiate the directions for raising the efficiency of foreign economic activity in agroindustrial production in the Eurointegration context on the basis of optimization of food-stuffs and agricultural raw materials export structure taking into account the requirements for food safety, effective utilization of productive potential of the agrarian sector enterprises and realization of competitive advantages of central types of product.
