Organizational and Legal Forms of Social Protection for Man and Citizen in Ukraine. The thesis is dedicated to analysis of organizational and legal forms of social protection of a man and a citizen in Ukraine, state management of social protection. The thesis determines phenomena of social protection, social immunity, general compulsory state social insurance, address state social aid, essence of state management of social protection. Problems of essence of social relations and social protection, effectiveness of social protection state management are analyzed. Condition of legal regulation of the social protection system in Ukraine is studied, ways of its improvement are suggested. Mechanism of insurance payments is studied. Problems and shortages of the system of general compulsory state social insurance are determined and ways of their resolution. Conditions and substantiation of giving social aid, expediency of transfer from practice of privileges giving to address payments are analyzed. Mechanismsof improvement of order of giving address state social aid are determined. Social protection legislation of foreign countries is analyzed and degree of expediency of use other countries experience in Ukraine is determined.
