Essay

Dissertation is about experimental ground of magnetophoresis of bromine and about comparative influence of magnetotherapy and magnetophoresis of bromine upon clinical, psychoemotional status, tone of vegetative nervous system, cerebral blood supply in patients with syndrome of vegetative distony. Using volonteers and specially designed microcamera for investigating magnetophoresis of bromine we argued magnetic field does not damage molecule of natrium bromide. Optimal for magnetophoresis of bromine is 10% solution of natrium bromide. We researched single procedure of magnetophoresis of bromine and magnetotherapy, and comlex using of these methods with their influence on clinical and psychoemotional status of patients. It was found that magnetophoresis of bromine has more pronounced sedative and vegetocorrective effects compare with magnetotherapy. We found evidences that in complex treatment patients with syndrome of vegetative distony is more effective compare with traditional magnetotherapy, it wasproved by early and late results of treatment. The results of our investigation proved efficiency of using magnetophoresis of bromine. It allows to recommend this method in complex treatment patients with hypertensive type SVD in neurological practice. We elaborated recommendations for using magnetophoresis of bromine in complex treatment patients with SVD depending on clinics, psychoemotional status, tone of vegetative nervous system, cerebral blood supply.
