Essay

The results of investigation in a subject of new approach to the genesis of rheumatism in combination with ischemic heart disease (IHD) in comparison with patients only with IHD. That is connected with mutual complication of this two pathologies because of latent, languid course of early rheumatism. This patents have more distinguish changes of lipid exchange, peroxidation and as a result - increasing of atherogenic fraction. That is a pathogenic ground of atherosclerosis development. Expression of clinical, inflammating and functional peculariities of disease on age, sex, biological rhythms. It has been proven that the best therapeutical efficiency is observed while using the complex treatment which includes a combination of pharmacological treatment and DMW- and MMW-therapies. The methodics is observed in the patent.
