Nechyporenko V. System development of educational-rehabilitation center as condition of formation of living competences that have children with narrow possibility of health.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical substantiation of necessity of system development of educational-rehabilitation institutions. In the thesis were analyzed researchers approaches for interpretation of concepts "system", "system development", "system approach", "system development of educational-rehabilitation center". It was established that correctional-compensatory factor is dominant in educational-rehabilitation institutions. The specifics of activity of educational-rehabilitation multiple-discipline center and its benefits on special educational boarding-schools were emphasized. It was revealed mechanisms of conversion of special educational boarding-schools to new functional quality - educational-rehabilitation center. It was experimentally approved that the effectiveness of rehabilitation complex for pupil depends of their formed basic living competences and they were dedicated and structured by main fields of human life activity
