Essay

This thesis is devoted to the investigation of the one of the main principles of international private law – the party autonomy. Free choice of law is inspected as a conflict of law freedom in the dissertation, also the attempt of the philosophy justification of the free choice of law in the international private law take place. The law–comparative analyses of the foreign and Ukrainian law were maid. The dissertation investigated the questions of the conditions and the limits, law consequence of the party autonomy.
