Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the Middle Ages history teaching methods in the 7th form in a secondary school. The research is summarizing historical and pedagogical materials concerning the process of teaching of the Middle Ages history on the boundary of the 19th and 20th centuries. It is analyzing modern requirements to the process of teaching of the subject in a secondary school and is justifying and showing the main learning progress indices of the 7th form students and determining the ways of their forming at the world's history lessons. The work is determining the components of the author's pattern of teaching the students: forming of students' integral images and concepts about the Middle Ages civilization; developing of cognitive and learning skills and emotional evaluation estimation at the Middle Ages history lessons.The work is also describing the course of the experiment and analyzing its results which prove the efficiency of the offered methods of teaching of the Middle Ages history.
