The economic mechanism of flax products market forming and its function in Ukraine is the object of research. Deep researches are carried out on the base of materials of agricultural and processing enterprises from Zhytomyr and Chernigiv regions. Theoretical and methodological bases of the research are a dialectical method of cognition and system approach to the analysis of economic mechanism of Ukrainian flax market forming and function at the modern stage; objective economics lows? The elements of world and domestic economic science which reflect conformities of the economy function in market conditions, conceptual approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists to the problem of agricultural market functioning and its features. In the dissertation there were used such specific research methods: monographic, economical and statistical analysis, economical-mathematical modeling and graphic methods. The scientific novelty of received results includes complex research of economic mechanism of flax products market forming and functioning and practical recommendations development due to its action improvement. The received results will favor Ukrainian flax products market forming and its stable functioning.
