Zhurenko O. Clinical presentations and morphofunctional changes in animals' organism at settariosis modelling

Materials about influence of suspension, prepared from setaries females on laboratory animals' organism are stated in the dissertation. Clinical, haematological, biochemical and histological changes in laboratory animals' organism are shown according to results of experimental researches. Researches of spontaneously infested with settaries cows and suspension from setaries females injection for laboratory animals gave opportunity to prove that setaries show poisonous action on animals' organism. Blood vessels in lungs were expanded and overfull with blood. There was monocytes and lymphocytes emigration in surrounding tissues. There was registered disorganization and destroying of mucous membrane. Thus, injection of suspension from setaries female to guinea pigs led to structural-functional changes in organs and tissues. Realized researches with albumin showed, that prepared suspension from setaries females contains matter, influence of which manifests in pathobiochemical, structural and clinical changes.
