Svyrydenko K. Pecuniary valuation of agricultural lands of steppe zone of Crimea and her use for increase of their economic efficiency

Theoretical and methodological bases of a pecuniary valuation of agricultural lands of steppe zone of Crimea and its use for increase of their economic efficiency in agricultural production had been analyzed. The performed purpose of work was improvement of an expert pecuniary valuation of agricultural ground areas by means of modern operative technologies. The main scientific conditions are substantiations of necessity of use and development of profitable technique in estimation activities, and also approximation of estimation's terminology and conceptual device to the international standards. Their close connection with classical economic theories has been proved in this work. The main perfection aspects of the agricultural grounds' pecuniary valuation technique have been developed. With the help of correcting coefficients such peculiarities of an agricultural production and technologies as yield dynamics of grain crops, fallow presence, succession of cereals in crop rotation were taken into consideration. GIS technologies were offered for use in pecuniary valuation. Pecuniary valuation of the company was performed and its profitability has been analyzed.
