Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of radio-ecological characteristics of environment at the Poltava region oil-and-gas production enterprise as well as radiation-hygienic assessment of oil-and-gas production employee dosage loading at the expense of exposure to radiation. The results of radio-ecological studying at the curtain oil-and-gas production objects have been analysed. The investigation represents characteristics of radioactive leavings which are the by-products of mining and primary oil-and-gas processing. Radiation-hygienic assessment of dosage loading among the Poltava region oil-and-gas production " Poltavanaphtogas" employees has been done as well. It has been demonstrated the necessity of radiation factor limitation in oil-and-gas mining and primary processing as well as to control man-caused-enhanced radioactive sources of natural origin.
