The dissertation deals with the development of the theoretical fundamentals and reasoning of the methodical recommendations as to the application of the propositions chain by the industrial enterprises of the confectionery industry. Generalization of conceptual approaches to the logistic integration of enterprises in the proposition chain is carried out. Proposition chain basis structure is designed separating the leading organization. Reasoning of the strategies of purchases in the logistic proposition chain is presented. Recommendations as to the calculation of the joint efficiency of the proposition chain on the basis of the confectionery industry are reasoned. The estimation of the characteristic features of the delivery system creation is done. Integrated cooperation of the co-workers of the proposition chain as the basic of the proposition chain strategy realization is analyzed. Lines of the management activities for providing proposition chain strategy are designed and the basis of the strategicestimation of proposition chain efficiency is presented.
