Zamora O. Using of labour resources in agricultural enterprises

Evolution of opinion about concept "labour resources" and the main stages of manpower renewal are shown in this dissertation. Methodical approaches of manpower using are proved here. Conditions and features of manpower forming on the regional agriculture are analyzed on the base of theoretical research. The main tendency of rural marked of labor is investigated here and common evaluation of labor efficiency in agricultural enterprises is given in this dissertation. Econometric model of irregularity of using labor time fund influence and level of land providing on rural population employment are worked up on the base of matrix method. The methodological ways of forecasting of population's unemployment in Ternopil region is discussed. The conceptional approaches of forming modern strategy of development selfemployment of peasants is suggested. The main trends of encreasing of labour resources use is based. The results of dissertation is introducted into practice.
