Bilyk O. Improvement of Processes of Maintenance of Efficiency of Bank Services for Physical Persons

Dissertational work contains recommendations and offers on questions of improvement of processes of maintenance of efficiency of bank services for physical persons. In the dissertation concepts are investigated and the economic essence of "bank service", "bank operation" and "bank product" is specified. With the purpose of studying existing services in the bank market it is offered to add in classification a category of "complex bank service" which unites in itself savings and credit function, insurance, an opportunity of reception of a settlement or credit plastic card and other bank services on a choice of the bank - emitter of service. The analysis of services offered by banks has enabled to offer two kinds of bank strategy in work: universal activity and specialization. Studying of urgency of specialization of bank activity for our market has shown, that development of such sector would allow to make active having come savings from a private sector in bank branch. That in significant accompanies activization of development of economy of region and the country as a whole.
