Тhe thesis is devoted to the decision of an actual question of obstetrics and gynaecology - decreasing of the incidence of the fetus development delay (FDD) syndrome, comp­li­cations of pregnancy and perinatal losses in pregnant women suffering from the foetus loss syndrome caused by throm­bophilia. The differentiated correction of the FPC condition allowed to decrease in pregnant women suffering from APS the incidence of development of the FDD syndrome by (10)%, the UPC disturbances - by (11)%, threat of abortion - by (26)%; preeclampsia - by (12)%. Decrease in the FDD syndrome incidence by (11%), the UPC violations -- by (18%). threat of abortion - by (33%); preeclampsia - by (10%) were observed in patients with hyperhomocy­steine­mia. Decrease in the FDD syndrome incidence by (5%), threat of abortion - by (20%), hypoxic-ichemic encephalopathy in new-borns - by (10,0%) were marked in pregnant women suffering from the mixed form of throm­bophilia.
