Тhe thesis is devoted to the decision of an actual question of obstetrics and gynaecology - decreasing of the incidence of the fetus development delay (FDD) syndrome, complications of pregnancy and perinatal losses in pregnant women suffering from the foetus loss syndrome caused by thrombophilia. The differentiated correction of the FPC condition allowed to decrease in pregnant women suffering from APS the incidence of development of the FDD syndrome by (10)%, the UPC disturbances - by (11)%, threat of abortion - by (26)%; preeclampsia - by (12)%. Decrease in the FDD syndrome incidence by (11%), the UPC violations -- by (18%). threat of abortion - by (33%); preeclampsia - by (10%) were observed in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. Decrease in the FDD syndrome incidence by (5%), threat of abortion - by (20%), hypoxic-ichemic encephalopathy in new-borns - by (10,0%) were marked in pregnant women suffering from the mixed form of thrombophilia.
