Information represented in the real work testify that the use of new diagnostic markers of sepsis in addition to the classic criteria SIRS allowed high specific to conduct its diagnostics; the variant of the clinical-statistical model PIRO created by us is in heuristic, prognostic and expert positions; allowed on the early stages of septic process for certain to define the outcome of disease, using basic parameters influencing on weight of flow of disease and outcome; to set that at patients transferring a septic episode, persistence organ dysfunction is present, weight of the comorbidity state increases, quality of life goes down, these patients need the subsequent ambulatory supervision for the prophylaxis of origin, prevention of progress and on a necessity and treatment of persistence organ failure/dysfunctions.
