Dedilova T. Strategic management of innovation activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine

Subject of the research work: innovative activity of industrial enterprises. Objective of the research: development of a theoretical basis of strategic management of innovative activities, substantiation and elaboration of methodological approaches and practical recommendations as to application of its instruments by enterprises of Ukrainian industry. Methods and techniques of the research: system's analysis, theoretical generalization, qualitative analysis and synthesis methods, statistical and graphical methods, simulation modeling methods, group of experts method, correlation-regressive analysis, theory of strategic games. Theoretical and practical results: mechanism of innovation management functioning in the structure of strategic management has been improved with the help of graphical presentation of the scheme of its realization taking into account hierarchical and cyclic character of the strategic stages and allowing to bring internal development potential of an enterprise in conformity with environment; estimation of government regulation of innovative activities in Ukraine with the help of working out a scheme of drifts of prospective development demonstrating the direct impact of the state at macro and micro levels of management and determining reverse relations of an enterprise with the state priorities has been improved; methodological approach to estimation of innovation attractiveness of industrial enterprises on the basis of application of the theory of strategic games and experimental methods allowing to take into consideration multilevel character of the system of priority effectiveness indices of an enterprise activities having been extended with the help of the suggested innovation index model has been perfected; definition of innovation management as of an effective part of the strategic management system of industrial enterprises on the basis of specifying the content of the notion 'strategic management' and author's interpretation of the notion 'innovation parameter' has obtained further development; theoretical approach to working out a structure of strategic management of an enterprise with the help of improved scheme of chain of consecutive managerial processes, taking into account their dynamics and establishing stable reverse relations, in the frame of which the necessity of introduction of the stage of strategic monitoring has been grounded, that increases the effectiveness of comparative analysis of the existing state of the enterprise with determined objectives of development. Novelty: for the first time there has been suggested a methodological approach to strategic management and estimation of quality of innovative activities of enterprises in Ukraine on the basis of the innovation index model for individual industries, which has been obtained by working out and realization of mechanism of simulation modeling process and correlation-regressive analysis of selected production and economic figures and finance indicators, contributing to more substantiated definition of an enterprise innovation attractiveness. Stage of introduction: expediency of investments into innovative project on the basis of the calculated profitableness/profitability of strategic innovative decisions and application of the suggested in the dissertation index of priority according to innovation parameter has been considered in the course of formation of innovation strategy of TOV 'Etna' (Kharkiv). The model of innovation index evaluation has also been introduced at DP KhMZ 'FED' (Kharkiv), that allowed the enterprise to improve the system of estimation of the innovation strategy effectiveness when working out the innovation development plan. The results of the research work have been used in the educational process at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University in the course of subjects 'Project Analysis', 'Project Management', 'Economy and Innovative Activity Organization'.
