On the basis of detailed clinical and laboratory investigation of immune status and non-specific resistanсe in participants of Chornobyl NPP accident consequences liquidation irradiated at dose 0,10 - 0,25 Gy with chronic pathology of urinary system (urolithiasis, pyelonephritis calculosa) and digestive system 4 groups accordingly to immune dysfunction type were formatted. The peculiarity of balneotherapy immune modulation effects in connection to immune dysfunction type were estimated. Pathogenic connections between immune tropic effects and metabolic parameter changes in protein and lipid metabolism, hemostasis, erytrhon, and endocrine regulation for organism homeostatic functions were find out.
