Mazanniy O. Fasciolosis and paramphistomosis mixed invasion of cattle (epizootology features, diagnostics and rimedi for recovery)

Object of investigation: cattle, infected by agents of fasciolosis and paramphistomosis invasion.Methods of research: clinical, parasitological, hematological, biochemical and statistical.Results: epizootology of fasciolosis and paramphistomosis invasion of cattle in the eastern region of Ukraine, peculiarities of seasonal and age dynamics of invasion, the character of connection between fasciolas and paramphistomas in the body have been investigated. Changes of morphological and biochemical values of blood at fasciolosis and paramphistomosis invasion of cattle have been studied. Method of quantitative (detection) determination of helmints eggs has been proposed. Helmintocydic efficiency of some antihelmintics at fasciolosis and paramphistomosis in the condition of their joint course in the body (in cattle).Field of application: veterinary medicine.
