Dissertation is devoted the problems of diagnostics, clinics and treatments of vegetative disfunction which arise up at patients with a thyrotoxicosis and a hypothyroidism of middle degree of weight. In dissertation results are presented clinical-neurological, deep vegetative (vegetative tone, reactivity and providing of activity), psycho-physiological, electro-physiological methods of inspection 92 patients with thyrotoxicosis or hypothyroidism of middle degree of weight with the purpose of exposure of orientation of vegetative dysfunction and development of effective charts of diagnostics and treatment. The method of unmedicinal treatment of vegetative disorders is developed at patients with thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism of to the middle degree of weight with the induction of c-fos mRNA therapy, under control the indexes of the heat rate variability, which allows promoting efficiency of treatment.
