There is formed strategy of improving competitive capacity for aviaenterprise in the dissertation. The new approach to the characteristic of enterprise's potentials is given. The methodical approach towards factors that influence on forming strategy of iproving enterprise's competitive capacity is offered. The new matrix of strategies of improving competitive capacity for aviaenterprise is formed, which cosists of basic, latent, unprofitable and crossing strategies.
