Essay

The object of the study emerges the process of capital concentration in condition of the transition economy. The purpose of the study is a development and grounding theorist-methodological bases of investigation the process of capital concentration, revealing the directions of the state policy in sphere of capital concentration, methods and mechanism of its practical realization in transition economy. Methods of the analytical grouping, coefficiental, factorial, correlational, integral and benchmark analysis were used. Methods of graphic, economic and mathematical modeling were used also. The main results of the thesis consist in determination of the regularities of development of capital concentration in general and in condition of the transition economy in particular; the complex study to methodologies and mechanism of the regulation of capital concentration in transition economy; the grounding tools and methods of the analysis to permissibility of capital concentration, based on forecasting to estimation social-economic consequence of the concentration. The methodical developments and recommendations in sphere of product market analysis and merger control are introduced in activity of Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine and are used in scholastic process by teaching "Microeconomics" and "Analysis and Control of Economic Concentration". The results of study can be used in functioning of commission on questions of the estimation positive and negative consequence of concentration of undertakings at Ministry of the economy of Ukraine. It can be used by marketing and consulting agencies to make product market analysis. It can be used for teaching students in Management of antimonopoly activity.
