Essay

Object of research: processes of market transformation as systems of forming of market environment on macro- and mesolevel. Purpose research: development of theo-retic and methodological bases and mechanisms of devel-opment of market transformation and its composing proc-esses at both the level of society and level of regions un-der the conditions of transitional economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: abstract logic and systems analysis, institutional approaches, analytical and logical generaliza-tions, graphic method and method of comparative analy-sis, modeling. Results: conception of process control of market transformation at the level of the state and its re-gions is developed; the complex of problems that restrain activation of market reforms is defined and grounded; the system of indexes of estimation of market potential of region is developed; directions of estimation of cultural influence on efficiency of market transformation in a re-gion are defined; the criteria of estimation of level ofde-velopment of regional markets are formed and grounded; features of problem and direction of development of re-gional markets of information, finances, real estate, labor are analyses and systematized; methodological approaches to forming of strategic directions of market transformation in a region are grounded, the set of recommendations on development of the regional marketing is made; the neces-sity of expansion of role of economic theory in the process of development of transformation transformations in Ukraine is argued. Novelty: First: conception of process control of market transformation at the level of the state and its regions is developed; the necessity of research of economic, social and informative structural constituents of process of market transformation on mesolevel is defined and theoretically grounded; the system of indexes of esti-mation of market potential of region is developed; direc-tions of estimation of cultural influence on the processes of market transformation in a region are offered. Im-proved: methodological approaches to forming of strategic directions of market transformation in a region; system of economic, social, cultural indicators of estimation of level of development of the regional markets oriented to the transitional state of economy; criteria of estimation of level of development of regional markets; methodological bases of diagnosing of regional markets. Further devel-opment was got: approaches to classification of regional educations on the level of development of market rela-tions; criteria of estimations of level of development of regional markets; systematization of features and direc-tions of development of regional markets of labors, infor-mation, finances, real estate; bases of diagnostics of level of development of enterprise in a region.
