Makarova I. Improvement of an estimation of efficiency of real investments at the industrial enterprises

Object of research: investment processes of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine; the purpose of work: improvement of a theoretical substantiation and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning an estimation of efficiency of real investments in view of a cost estimation of accompanying social and ecological results, and also risk of investment projects; technique of research and the equipment: logic generalization and scientific abstraction; the analysis, synthesis and analogy; clasters and the discriminantal analysis; theoretical and practical results: it is advanced: the methodical approach to an estimation of efficiency of real investments in view of a cost estimation of accompanying social results of the investment project; a method of a cost estimation of accompanying ecological results of real investments; methodical maintenance of an estimation of risk of investment projects; have received the further development: methodical maintenance of definition of a parameter of internal profitability of the project; classification of risks of investment projects and substantiations of an additional classification attribute; practical value of the received results will be, that introduction of the developed methods, methodical approaches and recommendations allows to raise efficiency of an estimation of real investments at the industrial enterprises; subject and degree of introduction: development are introduced into practical activities «the Factory by him. V.O.Malysheva», Kharkov and Open Society «Light of the Miner», Kharkov sphere of use: industrial activity of the industrial enterprises, educational process.
