Mayboroda O. Development of the methodical providing of anti-crisis management on an enterprise

Object of research: managerial process by activity of the industrial enterprises; the purpose of work: improvement and the further development of theoretical positions and methodical maintenance of anti-recessionary management of the enterprises of a machine engineering industry in conditions of development of market economy in Ukraine; a technique of research and the device: position of modern economic theories, research of scientists in sphere of anti-recessionary management, methods of the logic analysis, generalization, factorial and claster the analysis, regression the analysis, graphic; theoretical and practical results: Actions of anti-recessionary management by development of the enterprise which are presented by three programs behind different stages of development crisises are offered, have improved classification of methodical approaches to diagnostics of a crisis condition and threat of bankruptcy of the enterprises with use of economic-mathematical and statistical models and methods, the methodical approach to revealing the most powerful crisis factors, have received the further development of essence of anti-recessionary management, representation behind three separate concepts, classifications of the crisis phenomena with use of an additional attribute « a degree of influence on consequences of activity of the industrial enterprises »; practical value of the received results consists that introduction of the recommendations developed in the dissertation will assist increase: Productivity of functioning of existing organizational structure operation of business, validity of development of programs of anti-recessionary actions of precautionary character, in conditions of crisis and at threat of bankruptcy; a subject and a degree of introduction: development entered into practical activities GE«Kharkov factory of the electroequipment» Kharkov, OC «Light of the Miner» Kharkov; sphere of use: industrial activity of the machine-building enterprises, educational process.
