Essay

Object: women' health who live in various social and economical conditions. Purpose: elaboration of scientifically grounded principles and measures of oncogynecological pathology prevention among ukrainian population. The prevention is based on hygienic evaluation of environmental factors' influence. Methods: hygienic, socialogical, medical statistics, medical mapping. Results: elaborated and grounded complex of social and individual preventative measures for decrease of oncogyneacological morbidity and lethality (the measures are based on regional differences); made a set of maps which show association between environmental factors and oncogyneacological pathology rate; manual was published. Novelty: contemporary region-time associations of spread and morbidity of malignant cancers of female reproductive organs have been determined; key determinants have been determined on the base of risk-factors and antirisk-factors of malignant cancers of female reproductive; role of geohydrochemic, climate and geographic, helio-physical and natural radiational factors in formation of oncogyneacological pathology; scientifically grounded principles of primary, secondary and tertiary prophylaxis of oncogyneacoloigical diseases in contemporary conditions in Ukraine viewing from the side of ecological determinism.
