Pertsev D. Hygienic substantiation of preventive and improving measures when moulding metals in constant metal forms

Object of research: working conditions, functional condition and workers' health state. The purpose of research: substantiation of the complex of preventive measures on the basis of study of influence of the factors of labor process and industrial environment on health state of the workers dealing with reception cast in the constant metal forms. Methods of research: hygienic, physical-chemical, physiological, clinical, social, sta-tistical. Practical importance of the received results: the received data allowed to substantiate a complex of technical, technological, sanitary-hygienic and medical-prophylactic measures directed at preserving health of foundry workers. The results of the work enabled to develop the project of "Sanitary rules for foundry workshops of machine-building factories", to introduce the proposal on reorganization of the circuits of ex-isting workplaces and circuits of accommodation of technological equipment when developing the typical project of the site of moulding of the small forms. Scientific novelty of the received results: the new data on the technological-hygienic factors of formation of industrial environment and features of influence of the factors of labour process on condition of the founders' organism are obtained. For the first time it is proved, that, depending on professional group, the various mechanisms of reaction on the condition of industrial environ-ment take place at moulding in the constant metal forms. The parameters of condition of health of working basic professional groups are investi-gated as a system, with the complex account of medical examination results, levels and structure of morbidity with temporary disability and dy-namics of change of condition of the organism's physiological systems within a working day and week. The spectrum and features of influence of production factors are determined at different technologies of moulding in the constant metal forms, gradation of different kinds of moulding using parameters of their dangerous effect on health of the workers is given for the first time. The new technique of an integrated estimation of quality of industrial environment and complex of preventive measures on improvement of working conditions is proved taking into account specificity of the industry. Degree of introduction: the data concerning working conditions and influence of industrial environment on health state are used when real-izing current and preventive sanitary supervision over foundry workshops, during certification of workplaces, when working out the plans of recon-struction of foundry sites of machine-building factories.
