Object: methodological and economico-organizatsiyni constituents of process of management by the charges of production of shipbuilding industry of Ukraine. Purpose: determination and ob-rountouvannya scientific recommendations that development of practical measures on the improvement of management by the production charges of shipbuilding enterprises in the conditions of subsequent development of market relations in the economy of shipbuilding industry. Methods: abstract-logical, inductions and deductions, questionnaires, economico-statistichniy, comparative, correlation-regressive, groupment. The developed method of estimation of expedience of existence of definite center of responsibility in their hierarchy by means the application of coefficients of dirigibility by charges. Vdosconaleno: tool of design of dependence of size of the combined charges of production at collection of section of corps of ship from production factors. Got subsequent development: systematization of basic conceptual approaches to forming of the systems of management by charges; classification of factors, that affect forming of the system of centers of responsibility in shipbuilding; classification of basic explaining factors of the system of centers of responsibility and results of their influence on the system of management by the charges of production of shipbuilding enterprise.
