The summarizing concept of organizational consciousness existence is described in the research, its definition is given in terms reflection, comprehension and experiencing by the human being; influencing of organizational ideas, knowledge, looks, values, norms of conduct, and feelings on the educational processes, as well as on organization and perfection of the surrounding and own existence; scientific approaches and methodological base for organizational consciousness description are determined; its nature, essence, content and forms are analyzed; the individual and public organizational consciousness dialectics is researched; the criterion and indexes of its maturity are selected based on the traces and development of organizational consciousness of Germans, French and Ukrainians.
