Kozlova O. An estimation of dividends potential of joint-stock company.

In the dissertation the features of formation and distribution of the incomes in joint-stock companies of Ukraine are investigated. The certain specific attributes of corporate management as derivative system of general management. The definitions of an economic category of dividends potential are advanced in view of the factors of its formation and restriction of realisation. The model of account of a generalising parameter of dividends potential of joint-stock company which integrates parameters, which characterise ability of the enterprise to create added value in necessary for payment of the dividends the size, and also requirement of the investments in the equipment and current actives is offered. The model of definition of term of dividends potential realisation is developed which, in view of opportunities, restrictions and tendencies of development of economy of joint-stock company, gives the information concerning the period necessary for creation for added value at a level, sufficient for satisfaction of interests of all participants of corporate management.
