Velychko S. Natural resources providing for hybrid solar-wind energy systems (in the frontiers of plain territory of Ukraine)

Object of research: solar and wind energy resources for plain territory of Ukraine. Purpose of research: determining real solar and wind energy resources for their complex usage in hybrid solar-wind energy systems on plain territory of Ukraine. Methods of research: stationary observations, cartographical, mathematical and statistical etc. Results and novelty: new for constructive geography type of resources - complex solar and wind energy resources as renewable energy source was defined and characterised in time and space relations; systematic test observations for solar and wind energy resources joint usage efficacy were performed; complex analysis of solar and wind energy resources by months was provided; quantity models of optimal ratio of solar and wind resources for physical geography regions of Ukraine were developed. Sphere of use: constructive geography, alternative power engineering of Ukraine.
