By the methods of structural linguistics the structures of Vasyl Stus's poetic sentences are explicated and their essential descriptions (on which are based the most important individual syntactic features of text concerning to the artistic communication) are described. The functional loading and communicative role of such phenomena of the Vasyl Stus's poetic syntax are set, which are parcellation, addiction, reiteration of syntactic constructions, autoaddressment of imperatives, the use of the punctuation with an expressive purpose. The attempt of correlation of some syntactic phenomena of Vasyl Stus's idistyle with basic positons of his philosophy is carried out.
