Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodical and practical bases of the real investing by bringing in the credit resources to companies of food industry. The study allows to investigate a fundamental nature of real investments, investment's crediting and to develop measures to for increasing the efficiency of real investing's processes on the basis of credit relations' system. The ways of optimization of crediting process of the real investment projects on the basis of the improvement of the investment crediting mechanism and relations of enterprises and banks were defined. It will help to simplify the process of passing of credit resources from a creditor to a borrower. The integral index of investment solvency was defined. On its base the food industry enterprises and banks can not only estimate and forecast the financial state of enterprises and take into consideration the particular branch features enterprises and also predict the amount of investment credit, which will not get worse a financial firmness and solvency.
