object of research - process of development of innovation-oriented land use. Purpose of dissertation research - scientific substatiation and elaboration of theoretical-methodological principles and practical recommendation of development of innovation-oriented land use. Methods of research: economic-statistic, comparative, expert appraisal, modeling, prognostication. Scientific newness: it is the first time when the model of innovative development of land use has been grounded that consists of basic comonents of ecological approach and provides acceptance of optimal organizational-management decisions concerning rational usage and protection of lands; mythological provisions of investment programs of land-property complexes are elaborated and expediency of establishment of investment companies that will provide effective management of investment program and attract initial resources are grounded; the following received future development: classification of innovations in land use. Elaboratins that arecontained in dissertation are accepted to introduction by private agricultural enterprise "Partyzanskaya iskra", farming economy "Oasis". Results of research are used during elaboration of Proyect on grounds of the Law of Ukraine " About protection of lands" as of June 19, 2003 No.962/IV.
