Kovaliv V. Credit relations of agricultural enterprises and banks

The object of research: credit relations of agricultural producers with banks under conditions. The purpose of research: development of scientifically grounded proposals as to improvement of credit relations of agricultural producers with banks. Methods: historical, abstract and logical, comparison, analyze and synthesis, monographic, economic and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis is made by fundamentals of economic theory and systematic-dialectic approach as to study of economic process and phenomena, which have appeared in system of credit security of agricultural enterprises. Practical importance of the received results is in the fact that its application makes it possible to increase effectiveness of credit relations in the agrarian sector of economics. Research novelty: for the first time, approaches as to improvement of the acting mechanism of agricultural producers’ crediting basing on different approaches to enterprises with calculated high, middle and low level of creditworthiness are grounded; algorithm of effectiveness estimation of agricultural enterprises’ credit relations with banks in context of application of improved system of economic effectiveness indicators of their functioning, estimative coefficients and correlations between them are specified; methodology of estimation of economic effectiveness of short term loans application by credited agricultural producers; further development of model of reforming of credit infrastructure of agriculture; scientific and practical approaches as to formation of cooperative credit system by means of establishment of regional cooperative banks and Central Cooperative Bank of Ukraine; directions of credit infrastructure formation by grounding organizing and legal basis of functioning of state Fund of agricultural producers support as its member are developed. Formation of the Fund. Degree of introduction: results of the research are accepted for the further fulfillment by Lviv Regional Direction of Joint Stock Company “IndexBank”, by the Main Office of Agro industrial Development of Lviv Regional State Administration, are also used in educational process at Lviv State Agrarian University. Efficiency: results of the research proved of effectiveness of credit resources use in agrarian sector due to improvement of acting mechanism of crediting, development of credit infrastructure. Sphere, field of use: banking and cooperative credit system, main management of agro industrial development of regional and local state administrations, in educational process of an agrarian university.
