Petryshyn L. Solvency of the population and efficiency of the agricultural production.

The object of research: social and economic relations which provide the process of formation the solvency of population, efficiency of agricultural production and their interaction. The purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodology principles and practical recommendations for raising the efficiency of agricultural production on the basis of raising the solvency of population and improvement of social and economic mechanism for its transformation into incomes of agricultural enterprises. Methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and economic analysis, systematic approach, computation and constructive. Theoretical and practical results: Main theoretical principles of formation the money incomes and expenditures of the population as well as its solvency and effect on the efficiency of agricultural production have constituted the theoretical and methodological bases. Practical importance of obtained results provide basis for research and solution of problems for development of regional AIC, its relationships with solvency of the population, substantiation the ways for increasing the livelihood of rural population and economic efficiency of agricultural production. Research novelty: for the first time the methodology principles for investigation the relationships between the solvency of population and efficiency of agricultural production have been developed and approbated; the scientific approaches for determination and systematization of modern tendencies in outputs and efficiency of regional agricultural production have been improved; interrelationships between production and consumption of foodstuffs have been established; the methods for substantiation the forecasting parameters of economic efficiency of agricultural production in conditions of increasing solvency of the population have been elaborated; social and economic mechanism of transformation the incomes of population into the incomes of agricultural enterprises on the basis of their interaction has been grounded; the scientific researches aimed at basic directions of increasing the solvency of the population and efficient operation of regional AIC have been further developed. Degree of introduction: results of the research have been accepted for introduction by Main Department of Agri-Industrial Development of Lviv Regional State Administration, Departments of Agri-Industrial Development of Zhovkva and Zhydachiv District State Administrations in Lviv Region. Efficiency: results of the research are being used for development of regional programs of social and economic development, improvement of economic relations in agriculture and AIC that results into the increase of their efficiency.
