Melnikov A. Forecasting of development of the purulent inflammatory complications and its prevention in puerperal with pathological blood loss in delivery

Thesis is dedicated to forecasting and prevention the purulent inflammatory complications in puerperal with pathological blood loss in delivery. The results of study the level of change of endotoxin gramne-gative microflora, proinflammatory (TNF-a, y-INF) and counterinflammatory (IL-4) cyto-kines, immunoglobulines (A, M and G), which were appeared on background pathological blood loss in delivery; by means of method neuronet modeling was chosen factors, in most degree influencing upon risk of development the purulent inflammatory complications in puerperal with pathological blood loss in delivery, and will built a mathematical model of forecasting this risk; it was designed the principles of prevention a purulent inflammatory complications in these categories of patients. Cut-in the lactulose in complex of medical-preventive action in puerperal with pathological blood loss in delivery, and human immunoglobulines and interferons were directed on the main pathogenesis section of development a purulent inflammatory complications and allows to reduce the frequency of realization of postpartum infection beside these categories of patients in 2,1 times (p=0,004).
