Korchevska L. “Integration of Ukraine in the World Labor Market by the Labor Potential Using”

Object of research: process of integration of Ukraine in the world labour market. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical and methodological approaches and scientific - practical recommendations concerning an estimation of use of labour potential of the countries of the world and definition of directions of development of labour potential of Ukraine in a context of integration into the world market of work. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of an induction and deduction, the analysis and synthesis, the abstract - logic analysis; the gnosiological analysis; the qualification - analytical analysis; the system - structural analysis; methods of the statistical analysis; correlation and regression methods; modeling of economic processes; economic-mathematical methods: taxonomic method and a method of cluster analysis. Theoretical results: a deepening of theoretical positions and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning integration of Ukraine into the world market of work and definition of system of directions of development of labour potential of Ukraine into a context of amplification{strengthening} of integration processes. Practical results: will be, that the carried out development and methodical approaches will allow to improve system of directions of development of labour potential of Ukraine in a context of strengthening of integration processes at the state and regional levels with the purpose of activization of inclusion of Ukraine in the world market of work. Scientific novelty: for the first time methodical bases of a quantitative integrated estimation of labour potential of the countries of the world are developed; for the first time the methodical approach on distribution of the countries of the world to groups within the framework of which the homogeneous situation of use of work is observed is offered; the economic-mathematical model of definition of the generalintegrated parameter of a level of use of labour potential of Ukraine is developed; theoretical and methodological bases of research of functioning of the world market of work are advanced due to ordering factors which in a complex influence it; the conceptual approach by definition of system of directions of development of labour potential of Ukraine in a context of amplification of integration processes is advanced; have received the further development conceptual and categorical device concerning integration of the country into the world market of work by means of use of labour potential.
