Essay

Dissertation is devoted to an actual problem - to surgical treatment of primary and recurrent inguinal hernias. For the first time, by studying in dynamics of a level of С-reactive protein and proinflammatory cytokines (IL-6, FNO-alfa) the degree of Lichtenstein's operation traumatism is assessed. On the basis of studying of anatomic-physiological features of the inguinal canal at recurrent and rep of an inguinal ligament and a posterior wall of the inguinal canal is developed.
