The process of establishing and functioning of integrative relationships in the agricultural sector. Stipulation of the theoretical and methodical organization-economic principles of creation and functioning agricultural sector concerning specific features on certain selected district. Methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, abstractive and logical, economic and statistics, monographic, complex analysis, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical aspects of algorithm of creation of agricultural region are defined with the attraction of the private farms into processes of agro-industrial integration. Business principles on creation of and functioning of coordination centre are proposed, that would allow to prepare the statement on main functions, goals and terms of his activity. Methodical and recommendations are introduced in practice of transactors, organs of government and are used on teaching of academics on economy of agricultural organizations.
