Object of the study: Impairment of reproductive function in teen-age girls. Purpose of the study: Reduction of the incidence of com-plications of the reproductive system in teen-age girls who study in the conditions of active usage of computer software and development of a complex of therapeutic preventive measures. Methods of the study: Clinical statistical, ultrasound scanning, hormonal colpocytology, radioimmune method for determining the level of hormones (FSH, LH, Pr, Е2, progesteron, cortisole), spectrophotometry for determining the amount of microelements (Са, Zn, Fe). Practical significance: An algorithm of outpatient observation of teen-age girls, who study in the schools where computer technologies are used, aimed at early diagnosis of pathological changes in sexual development and MF was worked out. To reduce the incidence of reproductive system impairments, a complex o sanitary hygienic and therapeutic preventive measures with the use of Iv-Ker influencing central and peripheral links of MF regulation was recommended. This allows to prevent gynecological disorders, treat these patients and improve adaptation of the patients to unfavorable influence of the computer. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time it was established that modern teaching technologies in the conditions of active use of computer programs influence unfavorably sexual development and MF of teen-age girls. For the first time it was determined that the use of computer technologies affected the reproductive system which manifests by the changes in the rhythm of menstruations and syndrome of algodysmenorrhea. For the first time, hormonal disbalance of menstrual cycle phases, impairment in the level of FSH and LH and their correlations were revealed. For the first time it was determined that computer technologies reduce the level of Ca, Zn, Fe in the blood serum of teen-age girls. Introduction: The obtained findings were introduced to the work of Regional Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Sexual Education of Teen-agers (Kharkiv Regional Hospital), office of children's and adolescent's gynecology of city children's hospitals No. 2, 13, 14 (Kharkiv) and gynecological departments of Shevchenkovo, Zolochev, Novaya Vodolaga central district hospitals. The findings of the research ate used in the teaching process of departments of obstetrics and gynecology of Kharkiv State Medical University, Kharkiv Medical Academy for Post-graduate Training when teaching the problems of children and adolescent's gynecology.
