The research is devoted to investigation of strategy formation in product-organization structure management in publishing and printing companies, implementation of methodic apporoach is strategical alteration.Author had deeply analyzed categoial definition as "strategy", and formed a new variant; some clearence took place in "market structure" statement; a proved system of outer factors influece over internal organizational aspects was built; a classification of external forces was structured.
