Sazonova L. Comparison analysis of building and adjacent branch development

The object of investigation: system of branches of economy of Ukraine during the transformation to the market relations. The aim of investigation: development of theoretical bases, conceptual and practical approaches to development of effective mechanisms which determine the size of influence of inter-branch relations on effectiveness of developing of a building complex and allied industries during the transformation of Ukraine to market relations. The methods of investigation: a systems approach for the investigation of the social and economic objects, econometrics simulation analysis, the theory of processes developing. Determine: methods of deriving of quantitative significances of coefficients of influence of building branch on the other branches development and economy as a whole and, on the contrary, coefficients of influence of other branches on developing of a building complex are developed; econometric models of associations of macroeconomic indexes of a building complex and adjacent branchesfrom primary factors are developed; factors which positively influence developing of building area and allied industries are specified. Developed: methods of matching of the fundamental macroeconomic indexes of a building complex with the same indexes of allied industries, defined values of a building complex for economy of Ukraine and allied industries. Field of implementation: building enterprises of the different kinds of property, legislative and agencies of authority, institution of higher education learning.
