Senyk S. Legal regulation of contractual relations between general contractors and subcontractors is major building

The dissertation deals with comprehensive research of contractual relations between general contractors and subcontractors in major building. A comprehensive research of legal nature of subcontract in major building has been held on the basis of theoretical works of scientists. The definition of concept of subcontract in major building has been proposed. The list of essential conditions of subcontract in major building has been given by analyzing the main elements of the very contract, rights and obligations of the parties to this contract. Concrete propositions directed to improving legal regulation of contractual relations between general contractors and subcontractors in major building has been formulated on the basis of analysis of statutory acts, contracts and court rulings.
